§ 01Why we exist

What we noticed.

Regulated work is full of rules that everybody follows and nobody has written down. Appetite, eligibility, fee guides, authority limits, the conditions that quietly decide whether a claim gets paid. They live in the heads of the people who have been there longest, and they leave when those people do.

Meanwhile the software that is supposed to carry that work is usually either a generic tool bent to fit, or a large platform built for a market in another country. Neither knows the rules, so the team builds a spreadsheet beside it and the real process goes back into the shadows.

We build for the rules first. That is the whole idea, and it is why we go domain by domain rather than selling one product to everyone.

§ 02How we work

Three commitments.

2.1

We tell you what we cannot do

Every product page on this site has a section listing what the software does not handle. You would find those limits during implementation anyway. Finding them now costs you nothing and saves us both a bad quarter.

2.2

We start small and paid

A two-week diagnostic before a platform conversation. You get a costed report you could hand to a competitor. It is the cheapest way for you to find out whether we understand your operation.

2.3

We finish by leaving

Every engagement ends with your team able to run what we built, with the job aids and the training to do it. Success is you not needing us on the phone.

§ 03Honestly

Where we are today.

3.1

We are early

IQ Spark is a young company. InsureFlow is live and running, the dental product is in development, and the training practice is open for bookings.

3.2

We do not publish client names

Our clients' arrangements are their business, not our marketing. That means this site carries no logo wall, which we know is a real disadvantage. We would rather you judged us on the worksheets you can test yourself and the limits we publish.

3.3

We would rather show than tell

There are free working tools on this site that do real arithmetic. Use them without talking to us. If they are useful, that tells you more about how we build than a case study would.
