What we collect, and what we do not.

Only what you send us

Your name, work email, organization, and whatever you write in a message or a waitlist form. Nothing else is gathered from you on this website.

1.2

The worksheets send nothing

Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The figures you type are never transmitted to us and are never stored anywhere. Close the tab and they are gone.

1.3

No patient or client data

We do not collect patient health information, policyholder data or client files through this website. If we handle that kind of information during an engagement, it is governed by the agreement we sign with you, not by this page.

No advertising trackers

We do not run advertising pixels or sell data to anyone.

Purpose

To answer you, and to keep a record of the conversation. Nothing else.

2.2

Who else sees it

Our email and hosting providers, as part of delivering the service. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

2.3

How long

Only as long as we need it for the purpose it was given, after which it is deleted.

§ 03Your rights

Under PIPEDA.

Canadian federal privacy law gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. Email info@iqspark.ca and we will respond within one business day and action it promptly.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may raise it with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

§ 04Changes

Keeping this current.

If our practices change, we will update this page and date the change. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page.
