Only what you send us
Your name, work email, organization, and whatever you write in a message or a waitlist form. We gather nothing else from you on this website.
The worksheets send nothing
Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The figures you type are never transmitted to us and are never stored anywhere. Close the tab and they are gone.
No client data
We do not collect policyholder data or client files through this website. If we handle that kind of information during an engagement, it is governed by the agreement we sign with you, not by this page.
No advertising trackers
We do not run advertising pixels or sell data to anyone.
Why we hold it and who sees it.
Purpose
To answer you, and to keep a record of the conversation. Nothing else.
Who else sees it
Our email and hosting providers, as part of delivering the service. This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States, so your visit — including your IP address — is processed there and may be subject to US law. Nothing else on this site is loaded from a third party: the typefaces are served from this domain, so no other company sees your visit. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
How long
Only as long as we need it for the purpose it was given, after which it is deleted.

Canadian federal privacy law gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. Email info@iqspark.ca and we will respond within one business day and action it promptly.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may raise it with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
