Everything here is general information. It is not insurance advice, not dental advice, not legal advice, and not an offer of coverage. Policy wordings and plan contracts are always the authority.

The worksheets

They are estimates built on the assumptions printed beneath each one. Real figures depend on the carrier's own tables, the plan contract and the applicable fee guide. Do not commit a number to a client on the strength of a tool on a website.

Product descriptions

Where a product is marked as in development, it does not yet exist as software you can buy. Where a capability is described, it reflects the product at the time of writing.

Our content

The words, design and code on this site belong to IQ Spark Consulting Services Inc. You may read, print and share it. Do not reproduce it for commercial use without asking.

Automated access

You may not scrape, harvest or bulk-copy this site. Search engines and AI assistants that identify themselves honestly and respect our robots file are welcome, and we publish an llms.txt to help them.

2.3

Availability

We work to keep the site up, accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it. We are not liable for a decision made solely on the basis of something read here.
